- It’s the right call because of a silly rule, maybe it’s time to update the rule. The Lions response is perfect. At least the crowd didn’t burn down Ford Field.
- The President of the United States decided to take on the NFL & its players on Friday. Martha looked like her usual bass-ass, sporting shades and standing in solidarity with the players. She’s actually a pretty cool 92 year old. How did we know she was that old?
- Drew had a fun night at the doggy ER. Maggs’ eye popped out! GROSS!
- 20/20 had a wild story Friday night. Not only is this guy guilty of murder-for-hire, but he’s guilty of being an asshole douche.
- Mitch had another finger wagging column. Nothing is funny. He must have had an extra 4 minutes because he wrote another column. What manager/coach doesn’t handle a firing with “class”?
- Why did Lawrence O’Donnell apologize? He should be receiving the apology!
- Marc had to spend 10 hours at the real ER. Charlotte now thinks the hospital is fun. Everyone at Beaumont Hospital Friday night, especially the nurses, was fantastic. I don’t suggest anyone goes there, but if you have to go to the ER it’s pretty great.
- If you really need to discover “who you are” and you pay Stedman $100 then I think it’s safe to assume you’re a person with way too much time and money to waste. Oprah explained why they never married but we all know the truth.
- Today in Rock: A song about a pretty woman hits #1, Bonzo passed away, A lot of people managed to stayed awake at a concert in a park, Nevermind was released and Robert Palmer died from his addiction to love.
- Stevie Wonder also took a knee to protest hate or to promote peace. Then it was two knees to do the same… oh nevermind, I guess it was just a prayer.
- Famous person, who is famous for looking like her half-sister who is famous for having sex on tape with a guy who is famous because his sister was a singer, is pregnant.
- Tabloid stories: Jamie Foxx is bummed that his relationship with Katie Holmes is public now. ScarJo has good taste in men until she doesn’t have good taste in men. Shawn King is left out of Larry King’s will. I cannot imagine why. Caitlyn Jenner is packing on pounds- maybe she is pregnant like Kylie.
- More protests against the President of the United States. This one had the unintended consequence of letting us know that this league still exists.
- The President liked the NFL “protests” that he saw on Sunday even though he didn’t watch. He dictates that “Standing with locked arms is good, kneeling is not acceptable”.
