- Kenny Wayne Shepherd will be on the show this week to promote his show at the Royal Oak Music Theater November 6th. Did anyone know his father-in-law is Mel Gibson?
- Drew’s house is a disaster: the power went out twice this weekend, there’s no cell or wifi and it’s 100 degrees. (post show update: it’s 55 degrees now).
- Not a Sports podcast sports update: The Lions lose thanks to some bad Matthew Stafford turnovers and allowing a hilarious fake punt. MSU beat Purdue Saturday with one of the best sounding football names of all times. Why is a former Lions OC in an insurance ad now?
- #MAGABomber update: Cesar Sayoc was caught Friday. No one knew it was him, but everyone in Miami knew his stupid van. He’s not a fan of the NFL as he prefers ‘real sports’, but he’s a big supporter of youth soccer. He’s also guilty of cultural appropriation. The USPS gets a ton of crap, but they can solve crimes like crazy.
- The Pittsburgh synagogue shooting is the worst story. What is going on in this guy’s life that he’s obsessed with hating Jews and seemingly everything else?
- Nolan Finley hit the nail on the head with everything going on in the US today. The Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy also knows the answer to why things are bad.
- Both the MAGABomber and Synagogue shooter knocked another terrible story of the top of the news.

- President Trump’s also taking a lot of heat for holding a rally the night of the Pittsburgh Synagogue shooting.

- Adam Sandler has a new Netflix special, 100% Fresh, and it’s actually really funny. Seriously, it’s getting great reviews.
